Lisa founded Connolly Commercial & Technology Law to provide organizations with practical, business-aligned legal counsel in connection with complex commercial and technology agreements, licensing and rights issues, and evolving legal and regulatory risks.

In addition to supporting discrete transactions, Lisa frequently works with organizations in an ongoing advisory capacity, partnering with leadership teams to identify and mitigate legal and operational risk, advise on product launches and ongoing service delivery, develop governance and compliance frameworks, and modernize internal legal processes.
